Concentrated for value, FabSeal leaves a waterproof, UV barrier that inhibits mildew growth.  Regular applications of FabSeal will keep fabrics strong and vibrant. Coverage is approximately 800 to 1,000 sq. ft per diluted gallon. Less the 3 cents per gallon.
